Frequently Asked Questions
What is the cost of property staging?
The cost of property staging varies based on the size and location of your property and is typically less than 1% of its value. Thoughtfully executed luxury home staging can significantly elevate the final sale price - often adding between 8% and 15%.
In most cases, staging delivers a return that far exceeds the initial investment. Contact us for a complimentary, no-obligation consultation and tailored quotation.
Our pricing is transparent, competitive and customised to your needs. Standard staging package prices start from £3495 ex VAT for a 1 bed property.
What is included in your property staging service?
Our property staging service includes everything needed to present your property beautifully and appeal to your target market. This covers furniture, soft furnishings, artwork, decorative accessories, bedding, and selected linens.
We also manage the full installation process, ensure all packaging and waste is removed, and handle de-staging once the property is sold—offering a seamless, turnkey experience from start to finish.
What is the difference between the staging service and your show home interior design service?
Our home staging service is ideal for quick-turnaround projects where clients prefer to rent furnishings until the property is sold. In contrast, our show home interior design service offers a fully bespoke approach for clients who wish to purchase and retain the furnishings, with a tailored design created specifically for their development.
What does the staging process involve and how long does it take?
The staging process includes an initial property survey, design planning, inventory preparation, and final installation. We recommend getting in touch 4-6 weeks before your preferred staging date to allow adequate time for planning. For a standard two bedroom property, installation is typically completed within 1-5 days of receiving access and keys.
Do you stage partially furnished homes?
Our property staging services are tailored exclusively for unfurnished properties. To achieve the highest visual impact and maintain our design standards, we require that no existing furniture remains during the staging period. This allows us to create a cohesive, elevated presentation that enhances your property’s appeal and marketability.
What condition should my property be in before you are able to style it?
To ensure the best results, the property should be clean, empty, and ready for installation. All renovation or repair work should be completed in advance, with floors vacuumed, surfaces wiped down, and walls in good condition. This provides a blank canvas for our team to install the staging seamlessly and present your property for sale at its absolute best.
Do you include window treatments and light fittings in your staging service?
Window treatments and fixed lighting are not included in our standard staging packages, as they require longer lead times and cannot be easily removed after installation. However, we do offer these as optional add-on services if required, and would be happy to discuss this during the consultation.
Can a buyer purchase the staged furniture?
Certainly - should a buyer express interest in any of the staged furniture, we can provide a detailed price list. This service can help facilitate a smoother sale and add further convenience for both you and the buyer.
Do you stage outdoor spaces?
Yes, we can stage outdoor areas such as gardens, terraces, and balconies. While this is not included in our standard package, it can be added as an additional space and quoted separately.
